If you’ve ever shopped with Zappos, you probably know customer service is their thing. But until you experience it for yourself, you don’t quite understand how incredible it truly is. To let the world know how far they’ll go to make people happy, we called actual Zappos customer service professionals posing as real customers. We put them to the test with ridiculous scenarios, awkward situations and bizarre requests.
Naturally, we recorded it all and brought the calls to life. With puppets. Because, why not?
